Online Registration
Register on tnmedicalselection.net. Note: Tamil Nadu conducts separate applications for Govt Quota (85% state) and Management Quota seats. Non-domiciles can apply for Management Quota.

Application Fee Payment
Pay the non-refundable application fee (₹500 for Govt Quota; ₹1,000 for Management Quota). SC/SCA/ST are exempted from Govt Quota fee.

DMER TN publishes the State Merit List. Only candidates in this list are eligible for choice filling.
